PA2835 Mk 1, and weatherproof junction box
- Both normally open and normally closed contacts provided
as standard.
- Mk 2 version now available with 2nd Relay to give an additional
Lantern On/Off indication if desired.
- Built in Software memory remembers previous lamp night current
in Day time to provide local LED status display.
- IP66 polycarbonate junction box with clear lid to enable
local viewing of LED lantern status indicator.
- On board calibration adjustment can be used if factory setting
needs adjusting to balance trip levels with other
lights at the same site, or to offset floodlight pollution.

The PA2835
has specifically been designed to control and monitor 2 LED or
Filament Lanterns on fixed or flashing character.
- Red LED indicates ‘system OK’ when
lit. If mounted at base of column, the PA2835 removes the need
to gain access to the lantern to check its operational status.
Similar situation can apply when lanterns are out of sight
on seaward wall or on bridge parapet.
- Individual monitor contacts for each lantern are rated at
50 volts to permit direct connection to Network Rail track systems.
- Ideal for use with filament or LED lanterns such as our PL83,
PL125, PL155 and PL300 lanterns with automatic PA6 lampchanger
or LED arrays. No other interfaces are required as the PA2835
can be used as a junction box. Lantern load to be specified at
time of order.
- Built-in photocell provides single or synchronised switching
of lantern pair with adequate hysteresis built into the
software. An external PE cell can also be used as option.
- Built in timer delay in monitoring circuit also means unit
can be used to monitor a pair of flashing lights at
end of Jetty, or lights equipped with GPS synchronisation.
