  • Steel buoys offer port authorities the opportunity to repair buoys within their own dockyards in the event of damage by shipping.
  • Steel buoys can be altered at tender stage to suit the port authorities tender vessel lifting capabilities. Standard dimensions need not be considered fixed.
  • Interchangeable daymarks permits easy replacement in the event of damage by passing shipping.
  • Standard well proven design offers customer confidence.
  • Although not shown, cardinal buoys are available within the same configuration as well as the lateral buoys shown.
  • Pelangi buoys can be configured within a standard design to include:
    • Variable height
    • Rubber or wooden fender
    • Internal or external battery box.
    • Manhole access
    • Solar panel protection frame
    • Angular variation of solar panel mounting to suit either bird fouling or latitude.
  • Final buoy combination showing actual lanterns, solar panels, station name boards, and radar reflectors are submitted with each tender.
