Lightweight
rotationally moulded hull and day mark buoy supplied by Pelangi
for dumb or solar lighted duties.
- Standard hull shape coloured red, green or yellow can be fitted
with can or cone day marks for various duties.
- Interchangeable day mark fixed via stainless steel fixings
to buoy hull for maximum interchangeably variations.
- Buoy can easily be converted from dumb to lit duties by changing
the mooring tube.
- Hull foam filled to ensure if damaged buoy will remain afloat
until retrieved.
- Excellent for sheltered applications such as marking port
turning circles and marking channel edges within port or channel
estuaries.
- Lightweight at only 45 kgs (excluding moorings and lantern
makes it ideal for laying by small launch without the need
of heavy plant.
- Standard focal height can be extended if buoy moored in reasonable
water depths at all states of the tide.
- No solar support frames or additional battery enclosures necessary.
- Single point mooring eye.
- Buoy will accept soft ground at low water without falling
over.
