IRC (Infra Red Coated) Halogen Lamp series have 20% greater intensity
and more the double the life compared to standard halogen lamps.

- IRC lamps are now available in 5 common sizes to replace halogen
lamps in most existing lanterns.
- No need to refocus lamp heights. Fits all
existing lamp changers capable of carrying PR30s cap
lamps. In most cases IRC lamps can be fitted as a direct replacement
for existing lamps.
- The customer can gain 20% additional intensity for the same
power input.
- Alternatively the customer may choose to reduce the lamp
wattage whilst maintaining intensity. This may facilitate
a smaller solar system.
- At 5000 hours life, lamp life is more than doubled, extending
the unattended period of site - which is helpful
where access is difficult such as buoys or piles.
- New I.R.C. coating reduces emission of heat inside lantern
