Triple Tier PL350HIW Lantern

• Lantern versions with more tiers of LED's can be supplied ( up to 7 ) giving larger ranges up to 12 NM, especially when used on high focal plane buoys.
• More power efficient than equivalent filament lanterns, allowing greater ranges to be achieved with the same solar power system which may be limited in size by the space available on the buoy.

PL350-HIW Lantern, single tier

The PL350-HIW lantern has been designed for up to 10 years unattended service.

• Rugged construction designed to withstand Baltic winters without need of protective ice dome.
• Low power consumption of 45W per tier.
• Wide divergence of 10 degrees to 50% of peak intensity, giving excellent bad weather visibility on buoy applications.
• Low maintenance, with up to 10 years unattended service. No moving parts and no requirement for lamp changing.
• Unlike filament lamps, the electrical contact time is equal to the flash length. Similarly, no reduction need be applied for filter losses when a coloured light is required.
• Flash timing can be synchronised with other lanterns via the optional GPS receiver.
• Can interfaced to WEBSCADA System. This enables connection to Satellite, Radio, or GSM remote monitoring systems.
